Sanctioned show entry forms
For your convenience, fair entry forms for the 2022 VIGA organized sanctioned goat shows are available at the links above.
Each show is unique and therefore has a unique entry form. Please use the correct entry form for each Fair.
The VIEx has three shows - please indicate the show you are entering by checking off the appropriate box. Breeder Name is the person named on the Registration as the Breeder. This is used in determining the award for Breeders Herd. The goats must be currently owned by the Exhibitor (who can be a different person).
For the Youth show at the VIEx, please indicate the birthdate of the Exhibitor on the entry form.
The entries are by Exhibitor, so please do not have multiple exhibitors sharing the same entry form. Also, If showing multiple breeds, please use a different sheet for each breed.
Entry forms should be emailed to the Show Clerk, Mike Dietrich at [email protected] by the deadline for each show. Please leave the forms as .xls spreadsheet files, do not convert them to .pdf (or any other) format.
Also, print a copy and submit the printed copy to the respective Fair office with payment for your entries.
3 Easy steps for each show:
1. download the Excel file and type the information directly into the form;
2. save the form and email a completed copy of each form (in original file format) to [email protected];
3. print and mail in Canada Post, a copy of the entry form to the respective fair office with your payment.
